YEREVAN. – A new website regarding the Eurasian Union has been created in Armenia.
Chairman of the Eurasian Choice discussion club, Roman Shkolin, told reporters that Eurasia24.am will contain objective and accurate information on the Eurasian Union, and the Eurasian integration projects.
“It’s very important to us that the information be free of ideology and reflect the real state of affairs,” stated Vanik Elizbaryan, the creator of this new website.
Russia-Caucasus Geopolitical Center Director Nikolay Banin, for his part, noted that Armenia is a key country for Russia and the other Eurasian Union members.
“We pin great hopes on Armenia’s chairmanship in the Eurasian Union,” he added.
Similar websites have been created also for Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.
