Russia’s 39-year-old Berdsk town resident and 49-year-old Armenia citizen, who has been living in Russia without passport and any registration for already 15 years, had opened a crack house in the dormitory of Iskitim town.  They had also acquired six drug-addicted “clients.”

The two men were detained by detectives. 

The neighbors living in the dormitory constantly wrote complaints on the noisy couple, residing in one of the flats, as well as on the appearance of strange visitors who entered their flat and came out apparently under the influence. In fact, all this happened right in front of the children’s eyes.

Both friends, who are drug-addicts themselves, obtained the chemical agents together and prepared single doses of smoking blends domiciliary.     

At the moment of detention the men were under the influence of drugs. However, they first denied the fact of using prohibited substances and wanted to mislead the detectives, changing the testimony.

Besides the owners, the detectives found 6 more people at the house, who had come for their potion dose.  They were all detained.

The owners of the crack house may face up to 6 years in prison, NDN.info reports.
