YEREVAN. - The ten young men who staged a die-in in front of the Armenian Presidential Palace and were later detained have been set free.
Detained Tigran Mazmanyan’s attorney, Ara Gharagyozyan, told the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent.
The police had detained 10 protestors from Yerevan’s Baghramyan Avenue: Artak Gevorgyan, Tigran Mazmanyan, Mikayel Nazaryan, Andranik Vardanyan, Sipan PAshinyan, Karo Ghukasyan, PAylak Tevanyan, Maxim Sargsyan, Vika Hambardzumyan and Herbert Gevorgyan.
The young men staged a “die-in” in front of the Presidential Palace, demanding to release the political prisoners.
Soon after the launch of the protest, the police officers had pushed the participants into their cars and detained them.
