YEREVAN. – Armenia will receive a 782 million-dram (approx. US$1,584,989) grant from the US government as health care support.
The estimate for the 2016 expenditures of the government was approved at Thursday’s Cabinet session.
In the scope of this program, the Armenian polyclinics’ capacity in combating tuberculosis will be increased, the programs toward maternal and child health protection and family planning will be improved, and cooperation with the private sector will be strengthened.
