YEREVAN. – Armenia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will support mutual investments. 

The new agreement on the mutual protection and promotion of investments between the two countries was approved at Thursday’s meeting of the Armenian Cabinet.

Pursuant to this new document, the two parties will create mutually equal and favorable conditions for investors, and support business initiatives.

In addition, the agreement guarantees complete protection of investments, compensation for possible damages incurred, and settlement of disputes and other matters.

The document was signed for ten years.
