A bus transporting a handball squad was involved in a traffic accident in central Turkey, Dogan news agency writes.

One man died and 12 sustained injuries as a result of the accident. There were overall 45 people in the bus. The transport was moving by Kahramanmaraş - Kayseri  motorway, the accident occurring on the road section by Kayseri city.   

According to the preliminary information, the bus had overturned after the driver lost control. Rescuers, police and doctors arrived at the scene. Those injured were hospitalized.
