YEREVAN. - In all the countries the prevailing part of legislative initiatives comes from the Government.

Ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) MP Samvel Nikoyan stated the aforementioned today at the discussion of the results of “Monitoring of 8th session of National Assembly.”

In his words, in any parliament of the world the political majority must serve as a basis for the Government. “If the political majority in any country ceases to be in the legislative body of the Government, political upheavals will start, change of power and other analogous processes will take place,” Nikoyan said.
