YEREVAN. - In January-February 2016, the entire inflow to Armenia constituted $165 mln as compared to $159.7 mln for the same period last year (3.4 percent growth).

According to the data of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA), the amounts transferred to natural persons of Armenia in 2016 via commercial banks of Armenia from natural and legal persons abroad constituted $1.623.6 mln against $2.123.6 mln of last year (23.5 percent drop).

Moreover, transfers in Russian ruble constituted 46.3 percent of the received amount, making up 45.7 bln rubles in 2015, thus having gown by 5.7 percent against 43.3 bln last year.  

The amounts received in 2015 and converted to the national currency constituted 776.3 AMD against last year’s 881.9 bln AMD, which supposes 12 percent lower drop as compared to the aforementioned 23.5 percent fall of inflow in dollar.
