YEREVAN. - The talks that Armenians head for Tbilisi on a massive scale to fly abroad due to expensive air tickets are merely talks. 

The shareholder of new Armenia Airline, Tamaz Gaishvili, told the aforementioned to the journalists today, commenting on the hearsay.

“We are closely watching the flow of passengers at Tbilisi airport. We consider who is from Armenia and who is from Greece or some other place. There is no such big flow as people here might think. And there is no special point in doing this: 4.5 hours from Yerevan to Tbilisi, and then waiting at the airport - the day is lost,” he noted.  

The airline shareholders are Ashot Torosyan (51 percent), Robert Hovhannisyan (25 percent) and Tamaz Gaishvili (24 percent).
