YEREVAN. – With a decree by President Serzh Sargsyan, Arsen Shoyan has been relieved of his duties as Ambassador of Armenia to Bulgaria.

With another presidential decree, Armen Sargsyan has been appointed Ambassador of Armenia to Bulgaria, the Presidential Press Office informed.

Sargsyan’s respective diplomatic residence will be in the Bulgarian capital city of Sofia.

To note, Armen Sargsyan is the brother of Armenia’s previous Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, who is now Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

Armen Sargsyan was recently relieved of his duties as Ambassador of Armenia to China.
