YEREVAN. – We are against all those who do not want to recognize the Armenian Genocide.

Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades noted the aforesaid at his talk Tuesday with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.

Press Office of the President of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that Sargsyan arrived in Cyprus on Tuesday evening, on an official visit.

After a tête-à-tête between the two presidents, extended format talks began between the official delegations of the two countries. 

As a result, documents were signed with respect to the development and deepening of Armenian-Cypriot cooperation in several domains. 

Subsequently, Presidents Sargsyan and Anastasiades summarized the results of the talks with joint statements before the media.

Nicos Anastasiades noted that, during the talks, they had a chance to inform each other about the latest developments regarding the Cyprus question and the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Also, the Cypriot President expressed confidence that the Armenian President’s current visit will lead to the further strengthening and deepening of Armenian-Cypriot friendship relations.
