Armenian chess team faced Australia in the second round of the 39th World Chess Olympics. Two leaders of the Armenian national team Levon Aronian and Vladimir Hakobyan have ended their matches. Aronian gained victory over Zong-Yuan playing white, whereas Hakobyan agreed to a draw playing black with David Smerdon.
The matches of Gabriel Sargsyan and Arman Pashikyan have not ended yet.
