YEREVAN. - The EU Delegation to Armenia condemns the terrorist attacks in Brussels today.
"We have witnessed today another barbarian terrorist attack. Brussels is the seat of the European institutions. Brussels is the heart of Europe. We condemn these attacks. We extend our condolences to the victims. And we use this occasion to express our solidarity with the Belgians, with all Europeans who are affected by these terrorist attacks," head of the EU Delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Piotr Świtalski told Radio Liberty.
He also thanked the Armenians and expressed readiness to cooperate with the country in the fight against terrorism: “We are grateful to all Armenians who are in solidarity with us in these difficult times, with Europeans, Belgians. We know that we can count on Armenians. And we are ready to cooperate with Armenia in the fight against terrorism. Let’s stop them together,” the EU Ambassador said.
