Harutyun Kushkyan has been relieved of the post of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Minister of Health.

NKR President Bako Sahakyan has accepted his resignation. 

Kushkyan’s spokesperson Shushan Hunanyan, speaking to Armenian News-NEWS.am, confirmed this information.

But she did not say why Harutyun Kushkyan had written a letter of resignation.

By another decree of President Sahakyan, chief physician at NKR capital city Stepanakert Polyclinic, Karine Atayan, has been appointed NKR Minister of Health.
