YEREVAN. - The price for greens ahead of Easter has grown by 150 AMD as compared to last year, Chairman of the Armenian Consumers Association, Armen Poghosyan, told Armenian News – NEWS.am.

“The greens have become very expensive. A bundle of 100 AMD greens is now 250 AMD. In fact, despite the price hike, the bundle size has become smaller,” Poghosyan noted.

Referring the price for eggs,  Poghosyan said there has been no significant price hike here this year. Eggs got 5-10 AMD more expensive.

“There is no shortage in eggs and greens in the shops this year. Our manufacturers can ensure the necessary amount,” the Chairman said.
