All passengers on board the EgyptAir airliner, which was hijacked en route from Alexandria to Cairo and was forced to divert to Cyprus, have been freed at Larnaca airport in Cyprus. 

President of the European Parliament, Martin Schulz, informed about the aforementioned during his joint news conference with Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades, reported RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.   

Also, Schulz expressed the hope that everything will end well.
