YEREVAN. - Concessions related to the draft Electoral Code of Armenia are out of the question, since the sides are trying to form common viewpoints.

Minister - Chief of Armenian Government Staff, Davit Harutyunyan, told the aforementioned to journalists late Wednesday evening, after the meeting with the representatives of the authorities, opposition and civil society over the draft Electoral Code of Armenia.

Responding to the question on what the discussion resulted in, Harutyunyan noted: “Discussion. We discussed certain substantial matters, but from the very beginning failed to reach consensus on a number of issues.
