STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), Bako Sahakyan, on Saturday chaired an NKR Security Council meeting devoted to the large-scale ceasefire violations, which the adversary has launched along the Karabakh-Azerbaijan border.

Defense Minister Levon Mnatsakanyan delivered a respective report noting that the NKR Defense Army exercises a firm control over the situation along the borders, and it has averted all the encroachments by the adversary and inflicted severe losses upon it.

The President gave precise instructions to the Ministry of Defense and the heads of all corresponding agencies, with respect safeguarding the inviolability of boundaries and state security of Artsakh.
