The EU Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, Johannes Hahn has expressed his concern in connection with the battles in the zone of Karabakh conflict.
On his Twitter page, Hahn deplored the loss of lives and urged “both sides to respect the ceasefire".
EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini earlier called on the parties to stop the fighting immediately and observe the ceasefire.
