Ukraine FM Pavlo Klimkin called on the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs to activate talks on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the FM wrote on his Twitter page.
''I'm concerned about the serious escalation of situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. I call on the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs to activate talks on the [conflict] settlement,'' he wrote.
