STEPANAKERT. - The Government of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) has set up Operation Headquarters, which will coordinate the logistic and engineering activities with the country’s Defense Ministry. Karabakh prime minister is the head of the Headquarters.

The latter includes Deputy PM Arthur Aghabekyan, Chief of Staff Levon Grigoryan, Economy Minister Andranik Khachatryan, Urban Development Minister Karen Shahramanyan, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Samvel Avanesyan, Head of State Emergency Service Artur Harutyunyan and Director of Director of Artsakh Investment Fund Artak Mirzoyan.

Ashot Bakhshinyan has been appointed as person in charge of food service (tel: 097-25-09-09, 047 959066), Artak Mirzoyan being in charge of the provision of material service (tel: 097-20-00-28, 047 975577).

Besides, persons in charge of the temporary evacuation of the population in border points, as well as those responsible for providing support to the population and solving certain social issues, have been appointed.
