YEREVAN. - The Armenian side disposes of facts proving that the actions carried out by the Azerbaijani troops are crimes under the norms of international humanitarian law.

Armenian Deputy Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan said the aforementioned at the meeting with the Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Delegation in Yerevan Caroline Douilliez.  

Tonoyan presented the details on the situation in connection with the large-scale aggression launched by Azerbaijan against Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenian Defense Ministry press-service reports.  

For her part, Ms Douilliez noted that the delegation is ready to support the population, as well as properly react in the framework of the delegation’s authorities to ascertain the fates of the missing persons and hand the bodies of the dead to the homeland.
