STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), Bako Sahakyan, on Saturday received philanthropist Ralph Yirikian.

Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that they discussed the avenues for the implementation of a range of charity projects in Artsakh.

Special attention was paid to the current situation in some NKR settlements, in connection with the large-scale military actions which Azerbaijan unleashed from April 1 to 4.

President Sahakyan acknowledged the role of philanthropists in rendering assistance to the victims, and noted that their contribution will substantially foster successful implementation of the planned activities.
