Ending their two-day visit to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II and Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Aram I, returned to the Mother See of Holy Etchmiatzin.  

During their visit, the catholicoi expressed their support to the NKR authorities, Artsakh people and the Defense Army, praying for the peace of the country.

Catholicos Karekin II handed to Artsakh the $500,000 US fundraised by the Mother See of Holy Etchmiatzin and dioceses for the same purpose.   

The fundraising held upon the urge of the catholicoi will continue in the dioceses.
