YEREVAN. - Armenian Deputy Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan today received military attachés of foreign embassies accredited in Armenia.  

The meeting addressed the situation on the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces. It was noted that incidents and violations of oral ceasefire agreement have been recorded both on the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border and Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces during the recent days, this resulting in casualties on the Armenian side.

The documents of the crew of the Azerbaijani military chopper downed in the early morning hours of April 2 were presented to the military attachés. These documents prove that the Azerbaijani military and political leadership had planned large-scale military actions beforehand.

They also justify that the given helicopter had moved from Baku region to the frontline with its crew during the last days of March, having precise targets, which it was to damage during its military flights.

By the end of the meeting, Tonoyan also answered the questions of the attachés.
