YEREVAN. – The criminal provocation by Azerbaijan shows that this country puts itself out of international law, and rejects the calls by the OSCE [i.e. the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe] Minsk Group co-chairing countries (Russia, US, and France), as well as the international community, aimed at non-use of force and confidence-building measures

National Assembly (NA) of Armenia Vice President Eduard Sharmazanov, who is on a working visit to Russia, noted the aforesaid in his address, on Tuesday in Moscow, at the first forum of the heads of the parliaments of Eurasian countries.

“[But] the people of Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] responded ‘¡No pasarán! [i.e. They shall not pass]’ to the aggression by Azerbaijan,” Sharmazanov specifically stressed in his address, the NA informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
