First Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia Davit Tonoyan received high-ranking representatives of Microsoft corporation Thursday in the framework of the Agreement on Government's Security Program signed between the Armenian Government and Microsoft.
The sides discussed the mechanisms of cooperation with HighTech Cybersecurity Center and Foundation, as well as exchange of experience, provision of newest solutions from Microsoft and further cooperation. During the meeting, the Microsoft representatives noted that the cooperation with the Defense Ministry of Armenia is developing quickly. They also expressed readiness to deepen that cooperation.
For his part, Deputy Minister Tonoyan noted that the cooperation with Microsoft opens wide prospects for raising the invulnerability of defense systems in face of cyberthreats.
