NKR Parliament Speaker Ashot Ghulyan met with Howard Berman, Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, within the framework of NKR parliamentary delegation’s visit to U.S.
Howard Berman hailed positive his meeting with Ghulyan, noting that the Karabakh issue will be in the focus of his attention in future as well. The Congressman also stressed that the goal of U.S. policy in the region is to maintain peace and stability in the South Caucasus.
