PreferredYEREVAN. - President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing David Pakhchanyan as Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia and Chairman of Military Industrial State Committe of the Defense Ministry, the Armenian MOD press-servicer reports.
