YEREVAN. – Several soldiers were injured in floods caused by heavy rain on Wednesday that claimed lives of two servicemen, spokesperson for the Armenian Defense Ministry told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The soldiers got first aid, Artsrun Hovhannisyan without disclosing any details.

As reported earlier, two soldiers of the Armenian armed forces military unit died due to floods caused by heavy rain.

The Investigative Committee said a tragic incident occurred at about 00:30 on the night of June 8.

Vardan Grmajyan's body was found around 5:45a.m., and Armen Gazaryan's body was found about 9:30 a.m.
