YEREVAN. – The Armenian side has always welcomed any measure aimed at strengthening the ceasefire regime, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan told reporters, after Thursday’s Cabinet session.
“It already becomes unacceptable when one of the parties [to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict] violates [the ceasefire] and everyone knows who the violator is, but unaddressed calls are made,” stressed Kocharyan.
The deputy FM added that, now, it will become clear whether Azerbaijan supports the implementation of agreements reached during the meeting in Vienna between the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents, or it will attempt to condition their implementation on other matters.
