Prior to the globally outstanding event, Formula One (F1) competition, the Azerbaijani flag in Baku’s National Flag Square has again been dipped without any good reasons, haqqin.az reports.

“The flag is usually dipped in connection with the weather conditions, but no logic can explain this when the weather is sunny and calm in the capital, especially in the runup to an outstanding event. The city authorities won’t make head or tail of the National Flag Square. Maybe it is necessary to set things right here once and for all?” the article reads.
