Russia is using the Karabakh factor to advance its own interests, Armenian MP Tevan Poghosyan said at a press-conference Thursday.

In his words, apparently, Russia’s dream is to bring its peacekeeping forces into this region. However, the Armenian side realizes what this will mean, Poghosyan noted.

“Therefore, many of the wishes and intentions of Russia may not come true. And we shouldn’t necessarily serve their interests. The best peacekeeping force today  is our Defense Army, which enforces peace on Azerbaijan,” the MP stressed.
