Armenia is in a neither-peace-nor-war situation, Armenian Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan told reporters. Not all that happens in the armed forces should be made known to the public, he said.

“Do you think the armed forces of your own country should be publicly humiliated by means of various articles?” the Minister asked. He stressed it does not affect the Armenian army’s efficiency – it defends the Armenian borders safely. “But for the efficient Armenian army, Azerbaijan would have unleashed war long ago – if not against Armenia then against Nagorno-Karabakh,” the Minister said.
