STEPANAKERT. – The ceasefire along the line of contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani opposing forces was mostly maintained, from late Wednesday night to early Thursday morning.

The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army (NKR/Artsakh DA) informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that during this time, however, the Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire at some sectors, and by way of rifle weaponry; but these shots did not significantly affect the situation.

“The DA vanguard units continue confidently carrying out the military task set before them, and closely following the developments taking place in the frontline,” the respective statement reads.
