YEREVAN. – If Azerbaijan wants to see its flag waving in Stepanakert, they have only one option to recognize Nagorno-Karabakh and open an embassy there, Deputy Speaker of the Armenian parliament, spokesperson for RPA Eduard Sharmazanov.

“Karbakh has never been, is not and will never be under the rule of Baku. There is only one option to have Azerbaijani flag waving in Karabakh – Baku has to recognize official Stepanakert and open an Azerbaijani embassy in independent Artsakh republic. In this case, their flag would appear along with other flags of other embassies,” Sharmazanov told reporters on Wednesday.
