Representatives of the ICRC Baku delegation visited the citizen of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Arsen Baghdasaryan who is in captivity in Azerbaijan, APA reported.
The captive and his family exchanged letters.
Arsen Baghdasaryan, an ex-conscript of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army, was taken into Azerbaijan captivity on December 26, 2-14. Moreover, charges were brought against him in Azerbaijan and he was sentenced to 15 years in jail.
