Turkey’s “football diplomacy” on Germany seems to be a failure.

German citizens do not want to see Turkey in the EU. According to research carried out by Emnid institute, 69% of Germans oppose Turkey’s joining the EU and only 27% back this initiative, Die Welt reported.
