Discussion of technical conditions of circuit of a power ring “Russia - Azerbaijan - Georgia – Russia”, and also mechanisms of settlement of an overflow of the electric power between three countries took place in Baku. Representatives of the companies Rosseti, Inter RAO, Georgian State Electrosystem,  Electricity System Commercial Operator and JSC Azerenergy took part in negotiations, APA reported.

The parties also discussed the definition and settlement of the actual hourly overflows and deviations in sections “Russia-Georgia” and “Russia-Azerbaijan”.

The companies will also offer approaches on settlement of hourly overflows and deviations in sections "Russia-Georgia", "Russia-Azerbaijan" and "Georgia-Azerbaijan" that will allow making an agreed decision on expediency and conditions of short circuit of an electric ring for the long term.
