Probability of corruption risks in case of importing cars to Armenia is rated at 75 percent.

The aforementioned was noted at the round-table discussion held by the EU Delegation to Armenia on Tuesday in Vanadzor city, the EU Delegation Facebook page says.  

On average, 24,000 cars are imported to Armenia per year. During the discussion it was mentioned that to combat these high risks, a joint working group should be set up including civil society organizations (CSOs) and state bodies.

The proposals made at the discussion will be presented to the Armenian Prime Minister in an upcoming Anti-Corruption Council.
