YEREVAN. – A Russian serviceman who fled the 102nd Russian military base situated in the Armenian city of Gyumri was taken back to the base by Russian military, police reported.
“The family of contractor arrived in Armenia, and he left the territory of the military unit. The Russian side found him and took him back. The soldier wasnot carrying weapons,” the police said.
