YEREVAN. -- The Armenian government will create a separate company to deal with the procurement of Iranian gas, the Cabinet decided on Thursday.
Earlier gas was bought through Yerevan thermal power plant which is the only consumer of Iranian gas in Armenia. From now on, Energoimpeks CJC with the authorized capital of a100 million drams (around $200 thousand), will deal with the contracts.
