YEREVAN. -- The parties to Karabakh conflict are working to create an atmosphere of trust, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan told reporters on Thursday.

Implementation of the arrangements on confidence building measures, namely putting an end to provocations at the line of contact, are on the agenda., he said, adding that the proposals were made by Co-Chairs during the Vienna meeting.

“The talks are underway, but the Azerbaijani side, not for the first time, speaks one thing at negotiation table, and does another thing,” he added.
