STEPANAKERT. - Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Baku have visited the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) citizen Arsen Baghdasaryan, officer of the ICRC Mission in Nagorno-Karabakh, Eteri Musayelyan told Artsakhpress.

The captive was provided with an opportunity to exchange family news. 

“The visit was conducted in line with the standard ICRC procedures. According to its mandate, the ICRC visits detainees to monitor their treatment and conditions of detention and help to ensure that they are able to maintain contact with their families,” Musaelyan said.

Arsen Baghdasaryan has been in captivity since December 26, 2014.
