YEREVAN. – From August 13 to 15, daytime temperatures will reach 40 degrees Celsius (˚C) in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan, according to the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring State Service Meteorological Center.
On August 16 and 17, however, temperatures will drop by 2˚C to 3˚C.
Between August 13 and 17, no precipitation, high temperatures, and high fire hazard are expected in Armenia.
People are advised to avoid direct sunlight and outdoor physical activities.
