Azerbaijanis encapsulate the Armenian essence like Russian dolls. Aharon Adibekyan, Director of the Sociometer center, made such an extraordinary statement at an October 12 press conference.

According to him, Armenian candidates in the forthcoming parliamentary elections constitute 20-25 percent of Azerbaijan’s ruling elite.

As regards a change of power in Azerbaijan, the Opposition has nothing to do in this process, as “the power will be inside power itself.”

The expert believes the Azerbaijani parliamentary elections scheduled for November 7 will bring about qualitative changes in the country.

“The authoritarian system will not remain for long there. Azerbaijan has a very fragile structure,” Adibekyan said.
