Russian President Dmitry Medvedev awarded employees of the Armenian Emergency Situations Ministry for their assistance in fighting wildfires in Russia earlier this year.
Forty-six people representing 15 countries, including firemen and pilots from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Poland, Turkey, France and Estonia received awards.
As NEWS.am reported earlier, wildfires in the central regions of Russia caused deaths of several dozens of people.
