YEREVAN. - The issue on repaying the debt to the winegrowers of Aghavnadzor village in Armenia’s Vayots Dsor province will be solved in the upcoming 10-15 days.

Armenian PM Hovik Abrahamyan told the aforementioned to journalists, commenting on the claims that the village residents didn’t send their children to school, demanding the repayment of the debt for last year.

“The governor of the province and head of the plant which procured the grape have left for the village. The issue will be solved in the coming 10-15 days. The statements on that I promised repayment and lied are unfounded,” the PM said.

Vedi Alco wine factory owes 140 mln AMD (slightly more than $290,000) to the farmers.
