An unknown man fired at a young man from a firearm at the intersection of Riga and Paliashvili streets of Vake district, Tbilisi, Georgia Online reports.

The armed attack took place several minutes ago. According to the information, the man was shot dead when sitting in the car. The name of the killed young man is Soso Jokhadze.

According to unofficial information, the attackers were wearing masks. No other details on the incident have yet been provided.

The Georgian media outlets report that the names of Soso Jokhadze and his brother Georgi Jokhadze, who has been convicted four times, appear in several criminal cases.
