Two of the four Tajiks, who attacked and killed 59-year-old Armenian businessman Henzel Tsarukyan in Moscow, have been apprehended and arrested, whereas the other two managed to leave Russia.

Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned the aforesaid from a friend of Tsarukyan. He noted that the video cameras in the area had recorded this incident, and police have found out the identity of the persons who committed the crime.

Henzel Tsarukyan was born in Satkha village, in Georgia’s densely Armenian-populated Samtskhe-Javakheti region, but he was living in Russia for many years.

The incident occurred in the evening of August 31. The businessman had left his place of work when four Tajiks attacked him, killed him by striking his head with a metal pipe, and stole the money he was carrying with him. 

Tsarukyan was married, and he is survived by his children.
